○ I cannot submit the order form.
• Please check if your network connection is working properly. After checking that the connection is stable, please try sending the form again. (We recommend using a wired connection or a stable WiFi network when submitting the form.)
• Please be sure there are no extra unnecessary spaces in your email address.
• It is possible that you have filled out the form with incompatible text. For the serial code, please use uppercase letters. For those using a Japanese keyboard, please use half-width English letters.

○ I haven't received the "order complete notification" email.
• Due to various filters and other email settings, it is possible that the email cannot arrive. To ensure that you get the email, please add our domain <@rittor-music.co.jp> to your email whitelist.
• There are often problems when using email addresses from cell phone service providers. If possible, we recommend using an email address from gmail.com or a similar email provider.
○ I lost my serial code and Order Card.
• Unfortunately, serial codes cannot be redistributed and Order Card purchases will not be refunded. Please keep your Order Card with you until the pamphlet arrives.
○ I couldn't order the pamphlet during the Order Time Period.
• Orders cannot be made after the Order Time Period is over. To avoid any issues, please submit your order well in advance of the order deadline.
